Mr. Sharlow brings his previous experience as a Partner and Chair of the Permitting, Right to Build, and Compliance Group of a regional environmental law firm with offices in Syracuse, Albany and New York City and now imparts 20 years of environmental law background to all firm matters. Mr. Sharlow takes a boots-on-the-ground approach to become familiar with his client's issues and won't let typical obstructionist attitudes get in the way of obtaining operational goals.
Environmental Compliance and Enforcement
With a focus on Wetlands Law, the Federal Clean Water Act and the Mine Safety and Health Act, Mr. Sharlow represents clients in hearings before State and Federal agencies, and Municipal Boards including the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Adirondack Park Agency, and the Central Pine Barrens Commission.
